These General Conditions of Sale (known as “GTC”) apply without restriction or reservation to all sales made by the Seller to non-professional buyers (“Customers or Customers”) wishing to acquire the products offered for sale (“The Products”) by the Seller on the JapanTCG.com site.

The main characteristics of the Products and in particular the specifications, illustrations and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products, are presented on the site JapanTCG.com which the customer is required to take note of before ordering.

The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Product offers are within the limits of available stocks, as specified when placing the order.

These T & Cs are accessible at any time on the JapanTCG.com site and will prevail over any other document.

The Customer declares to have read these GTCs and to have accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose before implementing the online ordering procedure for the JapanTCG.com site.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.

The Products presented on the JapanTCG.com site are offered for sale throughout the world.

When ordering to a country other than Japan, the Customer is the importer of the Product (s) concerned.

Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. They will be chargeable and are the sole responsibility of the Client.

2 Price
The Products are supplied at the current prices listed on the JapanTCG.com site, when the Seller registers the order.

Prices are expressed in Yen.

The prices take into account any reductions that may be granted by the seller.

These prices are firm and cannot be revised during their validity period, but the Seller reserves the right, outside the validity period, to modify the prices at any time.

The prices do not include the processing, shipping, transport and delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition, under the conditions indicated on the site and calculated before placing the order.

The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these costs.

An electronic invoice is established by the Seller and delivered to the Customer by e-mail after the order has been placed.

3 Orders

It is up to the Customer to select on the JapanTCG.com site the Products he wishes to order.

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last.

The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and immediately report any errors.

Any order placed on the JapanTCG.com site constitutes the formation of a contract concluded at a distance between the Customer and the Seller.
The modification or cancellation of any order depends on the choice of Japantcg.com
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

The Customer may follow the progress of his order on the site until it is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, the Customer can follow it on any site allowing to track a parcel online, if however he has opted for a tracking option.

The tracking number will be provided by email after the order is shipped.

4 Payment
The price is paid by secure payment.

Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the authorized payment service provider involved in banking transactions carried out on the JapanTCG.com site.

The payments made by the Customer will only be considered final after the Seller has actually received the amounts due.

The Seller will not be required to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the latter does not pay the full price in accordance with the conditions indicated above.

5 Deliveries 
The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered all over the world.

Deliveries are made every 2 days, to the address indicated by the Customer after the shipment of their order on the site (excluding pre-orders and products not reported out of stock).

The delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases, the Products ordered will be delivered at once.

The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the above-specified deadlines.

If the Products ordered have not been delivered within a period of None after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the fact of the Client, the sale may be resolved at the written request of the Client under the conditions provided of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to him at the latest within fourteen days following the date of termination of the contract, to the exclusion of any compensation or deduction.

6 Refund Policy
No refund or appeal will be possible in the case of a package shipped without tracking number.
No order having benefited from a reduction or a promotional code can be refunded or exchanged.

The customer can only benefit from a refund in the following two cases:
- The package came back to us by post
- The package was returned to us by the customer
No refund is possible as long as the package is in transit.

However, if the package is late in arriving, you may not have picked it up at the post office or have not provided a full address (name on the package different from that on the mailbox).
The package will then be returned to the Seller within a period which may exceed 6 months.
The Seller will contact you as soon as the package has returned.

Return at the expense of the customer.

If the Customer has chosen the follow-up option, then an investigation may be opened with the post office, and a refund will follow after the end of the investigation, which may last from a few weeks to 2 months.

In the event of a specific request from the Customer concerning the conditions of packaging or transport of the products ordered, duly accepted in writing by the Seller, the related costs will be subject to additional specific invoicing, on a quote previously accepted in writing by the customer.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered. It has a period of 7 days from delivery to make complaints by registered mail or e-mail, accompanied by all the supporting documents relating thereto (photos in particular). After this period and failing to comply with these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be in conformity and free from any apparent defect and no complaint may be validly accepted by the Seller.

The Seller will reimburse or replace as soon as possible at its expense, the Products delivered whose defects of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer.

In addition, the condition of the boxes will not be taken into account for this type of complaint.
The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration relating thereto will only be carried out when the Customer physically takes possession of the Products. The Products therefore travel at the risk of the Seller except when the Customer himself has chosen the carrier. As such, the risks are transferred when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

7 Seller's Responsabilities
The Seller will reimburse, replace or have repaired the Products or parts under warranty deemed non-compliant or defective.

Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced price and return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents.

Refunds, replacements or repairs of Products judged to be non-compliant or defective will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within one month days after the Vendor's finding of the non-conformity or hidden defect. This reimbursement can be made by bank transfer or check.

The responsibility of the Seller cannot be engaged in the following cases:
    • non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which the products are delivered, which it is up to the Customer to check,
    • in the event of misuse, use for professional purposes, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Customer, such as in the event of normal wear and tear of the Product, accident or force majeure.
    • The photographs and graphics presented on the site are not contractual and cannot engage the responsibility of the Seller.

The Seller's guarantee is, in any event, limited to the replacement or reimbursement of non-compliant or defective Products.

8 Personal Data

9 Intellectual Property

The content of the JapanTCG.com site is the property of the Seller and its partners and is protected by Japanese and international laws relating to intellectual property.

Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an offense of counterfeiting.
