Where does the Pokemon Card Charizard illustration Grand Prix come from?

This card was offered to Pokémon Center customers in Japan from October 23, 2020 for the purchase of 5 Japanese Pokémon Boosters. This promotion also available on Japanese Pokémon Center Online stopped 48 hours later due to a shortage of this card. The illustration was made by Jiro Sasumo who is therefore the winner of this second Grand Prix of illustrations. The competition logo is present on the card.
